SPACE
Co-Working / Workspace / Events

Long Moon is currently looking to acquire premises in Nottingham (UK). These will consist of co-working facilities, private offices / workspaces for creative businesses, and a small events space.

In addition to providing workspace and facilities for artists and other creative professionals, this will allow us to host networking and other professional events, and to provide tailored business support for creatives.

Our strategy is to promote cross-communication between the creative arts, enterprise and tech.

Over the past decade, the creative and digital sectors have grown significantly faster in Nottingham than in other core UK cities, with the creative industries employing around 7% of Nottingham’s workforce.1

One recent report highlighted “the presence of two very proactive universities” within the relatively small city, providing “a steady pipeline of talented graduates with creative and digital skills,” as a key factor in the growth of the city’s creative and digital sectors.2

We believe that, with the right investment, there is significant potential for growth in the region.
