Our process

• We begin by taking the time to understand your organisation and your objectives. We’ll consult with you, and take in your brief and any preliminary research and reports. Then we’ll identify clear, measurable goals.
• We turn your brief into a production schedule, and coordinate the teams, contractors and operational tasks to make it happen, managing the project from initial planning through to completion.
• We can write risk assessments, or subcontract to accredited specialists if compliance requires.
• We’ll draw up a budget based on financial projections. We’ll then manage the budget as the project unfolds, tracking expenditure and feeding back to you.
• We can also handle logistics and production management – whether that’s installation/de-installation, venue liaison, transport and storage of materials, or on-the-day event logistics.
• Throughout the project, we’ll remain in communication with all stakeholders – from governing boards and committees to external partners and third-party contractors.
